Artwork is sold under the following terms & conditions. By purchasing a piece you agree to abide by these terms.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipping will vary in price depending on size and framing choice. All deliveries will be shipped using Royal mail. Orders will usually be shipped within 1 week of purchase (excluding private commissions). If you do need need a piece in a hurry please email mae_art@outlook.com and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

If in any occasion your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery I can not refund the item and you will have to claim through Royal mail.

Returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless your order is cancelled within 24hours from purchase.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS

Private commission work can not be returned and are non-refundable due to it being personal and unique to the customer. Commissions can take between 2-8 weeks to complete depending on size and requires a 50% deposit before starting; the rest will be paid on completion of the piece.

CARE

The best has been done to preserve your new art work with priming, quality paint, varnish and postage and packaging however here’s a few tips to keep your artwork looking fresh for as long as possible:

.Try and keep the artwork out of direct sunlight as it can fade the piece.

.Dust regularly

.Protect with a frame

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal details will strictly only be used for contacting you, to fulfil your order and for legal reasons only. All reasonable efforts to ensure that information is stored securely both electronically and physically. Any information that is no longer required is deleted/destroyed.
